As a successful entrepreneur, I’ve spent 36 years finding solutions for my clients. I learned to develop the systems and structures to create an efficient, profitable business. I spent years learning from the best and implementing strategies. I kept thinking that if learned a little more, worked a little longer, and a little harder, I would have the magic combination for the business and life of my dreams. I slowly became one of those people who go, go, go all the time with little time or attention to the life I was creating. I was addicted to the adrenaline rush of being BUSY!
I loved my business. It was everything I dreamed of, and everything I worked so hard to create! And besides, it was profitable and we were doing great work!
Then one day, I looked at the barista at Starbucks and thought “She has way more fun in her life than I do”. She was smiling and having fun. And she wasn't working the crazy hours that I was. I longed for that type of freedom.
It sent me on a mission for personal development. I even gained a few coaching designations along the way! I’m now dedicated helping entrepreneurs build the business and life of their dreams to THRIVE.
